If your home needs repairs to keep it safe and sound, call us!
Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity Home Repair Program assists qualified low-income homeowners, senior citizens, and disabled individuals living on fixed incomes and lacking the resources to make necessary repairs to their homes. We have completed many successful rehabilitation projects since 2014, including essential repairs on roofing, floors, ADA bathrooms, and more.
How does the Home Repair and Rehabilitation Program work?
Qualified households are approved to receive assistance in the form of a grant. The funds do not have to be repaid. Completing a simple application, verification of income, proof of ownership, and proof of insurance are required.
Why does Santa Fe Habitat offer these exterior maintenance services?
- Families need to live in safe and well-maintained homes.
- Seniors may continue to live in their homes.
- Affordable housing inventory is preserved.
- Neighborhoods become revitalized.
- Community connections are made.
